A read on where you stand.
A plan you could hand to anyone.
We set it up with you, not for you.
For a change that touches the whole team.
What a “domain area” means. Each of the ten domains on the index contains four areas of practice — for example Legal practice → Contract operations. Package scope is counted in these areas, and the area is agreed in writing before payment.
The total updates as you choose. Nothing is charged from this page — you will see the full scope in writing and confirm it before any payment is taken.
The index covers what we see most often, not everything we can do. If your situation sits outside it, write to us and describe the work. We will scope it, assess the volume, and send you a fixed-price quote and an invoice — the same fixed-scope, fixed-price terms as everything else on this site.
No charge for the scoping. If we think the work is not worth doing, we will say so.
Each engagement is billed once, in full, in US dollars. There is no recurring charge and nothing that renews. You will not be charged again unless you buy another engagement.
You receive a written scope covering deliverables, timeline and the agreed domain area. Payment is requested only after you confirm it. Nothing on this site charges a card automatically.
Card payments are processed by Stripe. The charge appears on your statement as VZNR followed by the package name. If you do not recognise a charge, email aisupport@vznrgroup.com before disputing it and we will resolve it.
You can cancel before work starts for a full refund, and part-way through on the terms set out in the refund policy. There is nothing to unsubscribe from. Read the policy.
