Effective 2 February 2026 · Last updated 30 July 2026 · VZNR LLC, New Mexico, USA

1. Who is responsible

VZNR LLC, 1209 Mountain Road Pl NE, Ste R, Albuquerque, NM 87110, United States, is the controller of the personal data described here. Contact us at aisupport@vznrgroup.com or +1 575-292-0290.

2. What we collect

Information you give us

  • Contact details — name, business email, company name, and phone number if you provide one.
  • Engagement information — the domain and package you select, and the scope agreed.
  • Business information — whatever you tell us about your processes during calls and in documents you send. This may incidentally include personal data about your staff or customers.
  • Correspondence — the content of emails and messages you send us.
  • Session recordings — calls are recorded only where you have agreed at the start of the call.

Information collected automatically

  • Server logs — IP address, browser type and pages requested, kept by our hosting provider for security and troubleshooting.

This site does not run advertising trackers and does not sell or share personal data for cross-context behavioural advertising.

Payment information

Card details are entered directly with our payment processor and are never received or stored by VZNR. We see only the last four digits, card brand, billing country and the outcome of the transaction.

3. Why we process it, and on what basis

  • To deliver the engagement you bought — performance of a contract.
  • To respond to enquiries — our legitimate interest in answering people who contact us, or steps taken at your request before entering a contract.
  • To take payment and keep accounting records — performance of a contract and compliance with legal obligations.
  • To secure the site — our legitimate interest in preventing abuse and fraud.
  • To record calls — your consent, which you can withhold or withdraw at any time.

4. Who else processes it

We use a small number of service providers, each bound to process data only on our instructions:

  • Stripe, Inc. — payment processing and fraud prevention.
  • Our hosting and DNS provider — serving this website.
  • Our email provider — business correspondence.
  • Our scheduling and video call providers — booking and holding sessions.

We do not sell personal data. We do not share it with third parties for their own marketing. We disclose data only where required by law, or to enforce or defend legal claims.

5. International transfers

VZNR is established in the United States and our providers may process data in the United States and other countries. Where personal data is transferred out of the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, we rely on the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses or an equivalent lawful transfer mechanism operated by the relevant provider.

6. How long we keep it

  • Enquiries that do not become engagements — 12 months.
  • Engagement records and deliverables — 3 years after completion, so we can support you and defend claims.
  • Accounting and tax records — 7 years, as required by law.
  • Call recordings — 90 days, unless you ask us to delete them sooner.
  • Server logs — up to 30 days.

7. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access the personal data we hold about you, to have it corrected or deleted, to restrict or object to its processing, to receive it in a portable format, and to withdraw consent where processing is based on consent.

Residents of the European Economic Area and the United Kingdom hold these rights under the GDPR and UK GDPR. Residents of California hold rights under the CCPA as amended, including the right to know, delete, correct, and to opt out of sale or sharing — noting that we do neither.

To exercise any right, write to aisupport@vznrgroup.com. We respond within 30 days. We will not treat you differently for exercising a right.

If you are unhappy with our response, you may complain to your local data protection authority.

8. Data you share about other people

If, during an engagement, you send us documents containing personal data about your staff or customers, you remain the controller of that data and we act as your processor. We use it only to perform the engagement, do not retain it beyond the retention periods above, and will return or delete it on your written request. Please remove or mask any data we do not need before sending it.

9. Security

We keep access to client material limited to the people working on your engagement, use encrypted transport and storage on the services we operate, and require multi-factor authentication on our accounts. No system is perfectly secure; if a breach affects your data we will notify you and any regulator as required by law.

10. Children

Our services are sold to businesses. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18. If you believe we have, contact us and we will delete it.

11. Changes

If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page. Material changes affecting existing clients will be notified by email.
